MFI (Melt Flow Indexer)

The Melt Flow Index Test measures the rate of extrusion of a Thermoplastic material through orifice of Specific Length and Diameter under prescribed conditions of temperature and pressure.
The MFI Tester is made to measure Melt Flow Rate with greater accuracy as prescribed in different national and international standards.

Using this software you can take two type of test

Steps for test : fill all information of test Party Name, batch Number, Product Name, Test Name, Date, Time Temperature, Applied Load ,Extrusion Time, No of Samples

You find following window, Enter the manual value as a password, then all the calculation are done automatically.

For Print Report : Click on Print button of Auto MFI Testing Window, after that you can see the Preview of Report
